Industrial effluents having inorganic
salts create problems of scaling and
corrosion during evaporation and need
a lot of steam. The multiple effect
evaporator system supplied by us use
less steam. Special design of sludge
dryer converts the concentrated effluents
into dry powder mass.

 Multiple
effect evaporators along with a
thermo-compressor require less steam.
- Higher concentration
of slurries is possible because
of forced circulation evaporators
using axial flow pumps.
- Axial flow
pumps improve performance, reduce
power requirement as compared with
centrifugal pumps.
- Regenerative
evaporator uses medium pressure
steam from boiler and produces low-pressure
steam of equivalent amount that
is used in the plant. This dramatically
reduces the evaporation costs.
- Evaporators
having more than 10 tones/hr evaporation
capacity can be built.
- Axial flow
pumps having capacity up to 3000
cu.m/hr can be built.
- The sludge
dryer converts the concentrated
effluents into a dry mass that is
easy to handle & cha off.
- All the water
is recovered & recycled.
